No I have done nothing in the app . I wouldn't have a clue  how to. The engineer installed it all about 2 weeks ago when we swapped from BT to EE.

@Beyond1  If you could answer XraySpeX post regarding the time, possible he has an answer for you when you say that you have no idea how to setup the app, was wondering if you had some parental controls set that could be putting the extender to sleep. Also the link explains all the options, so you have to move it closer to the router, and check if it still goes off this evening and when you get up in the morning is it back on aqua. Keep us posted.

It goes orange for say 30 secs, then green for 30 secs, then orange again for 39 secs and so on until about 12

Sounds like it's on the edge of its range from the router but only at that time, which is when many are going to bed. I wonder what electrical radiation they are causing at that time.

My we but still, orange won’t go green

I need help with my box because it’s still going orange. I want to know why

@Daniel278 : What is going Orange, the router or the WiFi extender?

Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router do you have (read its label or post a pix)?
