Scott3867

Having recently moved broadband from BT to EE I have received contact from EE requesting I return my old BT kit. I have not received any returns bags or labels and have not been contacted by BT. I am informed if I don’t return I will be charged

@Scott3867   there are more detailed instructions on the following Help page or you could log into your MyBT accounts and follow the instructions there.

Request another returns bag, I had to as the supposedly automatic sending of the first bag didn't show up. logged into my old BT account and there's an option to request another bag. The bag turned up a few days later with returns label

But the message came from EE, not BT. Why don't I see any instructions in my new EE account?

But the most critical question is, why didn't EE send, together with their new equipment, a marked bag for the return of the old BT kit?

Please sent my returns bag for Hub and label

@Micklands1960 : You may return all your EE BB kit incl. the EE TV Box for recycling free of charge by visiting www.eehomebroadband.com/returns where you can download and print a post-paid returns label.
