My phone says it's being blocked by my service provider.

How do I stop it blocking WhatsApp?

@Dukester : EE BB doesn't block websites. You have a mobile phone not a router.

Are you on contract or PAYG?

@Dukester : As I said EE Home BB doesn't block websites. You sure you don't have a mobile (4G or 5G) router?
