My phone says it's being blocked by my service provider.

How do I stop it blocking WhatsApp?

I'll give that a go.I've been away this week and had no problem, came home last night and it came up again. Messages don't send and then it switches to mobile dataRegardsPaul Duke

If you haven't fixed it yet try looking at parental controls in the EE App. I had an issue where images were being blocked in WhatsApp and found that parental controls were implemented when you install the EE App with everything blocked. I unblocked the Social Media category and WhatsApp images started working - text messages were unaffected.
