I've recently moved from BT to EE (900mbps). I've noticed when looking at the settings on the new hub, it is still using the username "bthomehub@btbroadband.com". Is this correct, I assumed that EE would have a different username than the BT one?
I'm also unable to access many of the WiFi controls in the EE app, not sure if this is related at all.

Cheers for that! I’ll give 150 a call to see what’s going on, whenever I try to access anything it’s crashes out and says “an order is being processed”.
