Busiest Home and TV

Morning all.

I’m currently on the 900 mbps package. When I moved from BT to EE last October. I phoned to get the Busiest Home package, as it’s available at my address. The CS agent said I couldn’t have it, as I wanted to keep my TV package, but she said it should be available next month, and she’d email when available. It’s now 4 months later and I’ve heard nothing. So I’m making the assumption it’s still not available. However I googled it this morning and Google’s AI thinks it’s now available. See attached pic. I’m right in assuming the AI is incorrect, as there’s not been anything on here and when I log in to upgrade my broadband it’s not showing as available?

@Reign_in_Beard   I just checked an address that can het 1.6Gb and there is still no option for TV or Voice.

Whereas on selecting 900Mbps it has all the options tor TV and Vice, so seems AI is wrong.

You could try on your own address to see if you get a different result, but I doubt it.

Still not available as far as I know. Wouldn't be the first time I've seen those Google AI snippets spout mistruths. Personally, I don't think they should be getting promoted to the top of search results in the state they're in!
