We moved too EE on the 17th November, they installed full fibre & a digital landline, worked great for 5 days then stopped working. Now on day 15 with no broadband or home phone. 4 appts with Open Reach cancelled without reason, the 'date it will be fixed' moves every 3 days. Info on the EE app is constantly incorrect. EE wont offer us a dongle because we arent on the right contract, cant divert home phone because it is digital now. I put in a complaint which hasnt even been aknowledged let alone replied too. No updates from EE or Open Reach. Am actually despairing now - what can I do?!?! Can anyone help?

@KelsofSuffolk Only ones that can do that are Openreach depending on what is wrong and if it is a Fibre connection issue, if you take a look at the ONT that OR installed, say what lights are on the colour/state that may help indicate, but with some faults they can take a long time for a fix, EE CS are the only ones that could if the know give you an update!
