Switching from bt to ee equipment

So im switching over but can’t have my modem fitted until January and I keep getting messages about sending my bt quipment back but I can’t yet ?

@Diana823 You can only give EE CS a call, let them know but with past experience once it's automated it keeps going for ever know matter what they do!
