I am going to be leaving EE as an employee, and I am wondering what will happen to my broadband discount? Will it remain or go back to the full price? I’ve heard that when you leave, it goes to another contract so you get another 14 days cooling off period so can cancel free of charge. Is this true?

If it is anything like BT, then they should write to you after a month or three saying they are putting you on an undiscounted contract. At that point I tried to see if they would offer me a new customer contract which they woul not, so I arranged a new contract to start with another supplier at the end of my notice period.
So I would wait to see if they give you any options, then do what works out best for you. I would say I have always found the EE Broadband Team to be very helpful nearing the end of a contract.

Thanks for that. However, my contract is not near its end date yet. So that is why I am wondering about the cooling off period

Not sure how EE do it, but they should give you plenty of notice before putting the price up, and time to do something .if they do.
Is there nothing on the Intranet describing what happens when employees leave?

@sarah0llew : Which BB discount? The 1 everyone gets for the term of the contract before it goes up when "out-of-contract" or is it 1 you get for being an employee of EE?
You may only cancel FOC with 14-days notice when you reach min. term.
