I feel EE are having my pants down, £49.99 for Full Fibre 150, £7.00 for Extender 6 plus and £5 for internet landline I never use! Seriously considering leaving and getting a TP-Link Deco X50 for the full wifi as it seems quite expensive at 49.99. Maybe Plusnet for a fraction of the price even though it's the same company!
So the questions are..
I return the hub and discs, do EE provide a free return options for these?
EE moved me from BTinternet but kept my btinternet email address, what happens with this? I've known people who have left EE but still have access to their bt email is this the case?

DV?
So the login details I need If I use an external router are just my main EE login details as if I was logging into the app? However, your link says you dont need a password, surely thats wrong?

DV = Digital Voice (landline).
No, you are mixing up 2 diff things. The PPPoE creds you need for your router to authenticate to BB have nowt to do with your login to your EE billing a/c. Indeed they are the same for every user of EE BB, namely the BT creds.

Ah ok, my apologies. If I had got my own router etc today, where would I find the creds I need to connect it directly if they're not my usual login details?

Yes, within the article I linked you to, namely:
- Username or login name - [email protected]
- Broadband password - BT or leave blank
