Leaving EE broadband

So Ive left ee braodband and paid the early leaving fee and still being charged for a broadband Im not using

I have all the emails to show ive gone through the process but im still being charged

@Vigilized When did you leave, what was the last day, if billing is in the pipeline it will still reach and be taken and refunded once all is final!
