Broadband constantly dropping out all day. Text 66033 to report - message not sent. Very frustrating. Lancashire area

Just to add to the advice you've had, our Fix An EE Broadband Connection Problem page has steps to try and fix the broadband connection. If you've tried this and unable to use the text service, please give us a call on 0330 123 1105 and the team will get this looked into.

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

@Dave1360 did you text the word HELP to 66033, if it failed to send then your mobile service is it with EE? Some services seem to block the text for some reason!
