My landline has stopped recieving calls and placing calls. It was working fine last night.

When I dial out it says this number is temporarily unavailable, and when i dial my mobile (not EE but another provider) it says this number is unavailable.

My broadband connection seems to be working fine for the computer and mobile.

I have unplugged the phone line and the power cable and replugged after about 10 seconds - and the phone still doesnt work. I called the tech folk but there is a 45min wait. Any suggestions?

My landline won't call other landlines, but will call mobiles. Tried to contact EE but not possible.

Anyone else have same?

@tlibra10   have you reset the router/phones/adapters?

Yes done everything. Can't even talk to anyone at EE.

Thank you, but I don't have an EE mobile (thank goodness).

Even today, when the outage has supposedly been solved, dialling 150 from my landline gives an unobtainable tone; none of the various published numbers for EE will connect, trying through both Smarty and Lebara.   So in 2025 I seem only to be able to contact a telecommunications company by writing to them!

I don't know what's going on with my services.I can't receive or get calls

Sorry you are still having problems. Its actually 150 from any mobile.

(Correction - Moved not deleted, consider a notification system to inform the author) I see my messages have been deleted again... Very interesting response from EE... In addition, I find it highly unlikely that my issue is not connected to yesterdays outages..

@MA2025 , no they have not, click on your profile name and you will find it there, if that is the one you mean.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Thank you Schockwave; I have had another mention that to me. I do not find these forums easy to navigate at all... I also vented frustration when I see this as the only means to communicate with EE since I am unable to connect to 150 or any other EE related numbers. I much prefer the human touch when experiencing difficulties from service providers.
