My landline has stopped recieving calls and placing calls. It was working fine last night.
When I dial out it says this number is temporarily unavailable, and when i dial my mobile (not EE but another provider) it says this number is unavailable.
My broadband connection seems to be working fine for the computer and mobile.
I have unplugged the phone line and the power cable and replugged after about 10 seconds - and the phone still doesnt work. I called the tech folk but there is a 45min wait. Any suggestions?

@MA2025 , once everything is back up and running, when you ring customer service just press option 1 and then 2 and you should get through to one of the guides.

Thank you. I don't have an EE mobile, but it's also supposed to be 150 from a landline. It is concerning that even that won't connect on a day when there are not supposed to be any problems.

But unfortunately neither of the 0800 numbers will connect, even today, trying from two different telephones and over different systems (Smarty and Lebara).

I also can't use my landline. I can't contact EE at all about this.
Likewise, Broadband appears to be fine, full fibre was installed here yesterday and so far, I'm not impressed. Prior to instal, they were sending me upwards of half a dozen texts per day, now I can't get hold of them no matter what I try. Great bloody star. NOT. 😡

66033 returns a message saying that that number is not monitored and to dial 150. My landline won't connect and my mobile is not EE. I've tried both the other numbers and neither of them connect via my mobile and my landline tells me they have not been recognised. I was only updated to full fibre yesterday and now I can't contact EE *AT ALL*. Not a good start, to the point that I'm seriously thinking of sacking them off already due to shabby customer service. Any advise on how to contact an actual person on a number that actually works would be greatly appreciated at this time. TIA.

Not any mobile but only those on the EE mobile network.

You are not communicating with EE here but just talking to a discussion group of users who try to advise & help other users but obviously cannot fix or progress faults in EE systems such as this.
