I am thoroughly dissatisfied with EE/BT. On Tuesday I was told that my old landline number would be activated immediately I got a Home Phone Adapter (which arrived on Thursday), on Thursday I was told it would be activated within 24 hours, today I am told it won’t be until Wednesday next week. Apparently the “process “ doesn’t allow the date to be brought forward. How can that be in the modern technical age?

@WolveyCL DV just takes time to filter through all the various stages, also no guarantees it's going to be a rock solid experience.
