Hub power supply broke

Turned plugs off by accident yesterday, now broadband hub isn't working properly, it just goes green and after a while it flashes, spoke to Cs and they are sending a replacement hub as he thinks it's the power cable not producing enough power, has one been to currys or anything and found a replacement cable? Got 2 children with autism who rely on the broadband for their routine and replacement won't be here until Monday so really struggling and having to use my mobile data to be able to watch tv, any help would be appreciated

Hi @Amlalley

Welcome to the community.

I understand how important it must be for your children to stay in their routine. Which router do you have?

If you can't wait till Monday and have to buy one, take the cable in so that they can check which one it is and whether they have a similar spec one in stock.
