Every day I have to put the long password into my tv to watch Netflix, Youtube etc. I've tried switching off router, switching off tv, but nothing changes. Getting a nuisance now. Never happened with my BT router !!

@DORIS70 Just put the BT Router back on if it does have all the connections needed.

Yes the long password with numbers, letters etc. Yesterday put it in only stayed for a vouple of hours and had to do it again. Such a nuisance. Old BT hub never dropped out..

The router is on and working. I just need to keep putting in password to use apps on tge tv !

@DORIS70 So you have put the BT router back on!

The router is on and working, the internet works fine  on phone and laptop it just doesn't work on our tv.. when you go to use the apps i.e. Youtube, Netflix is says you have no connection ? So then I have to go to settings on the tv and manually put in the router password. Usually every day....

@DORIS70 Can not go any further with you, just cannot establish what you have and are doing now. EE or BT you just will not answer they are two different routers.

Does the TV have a concept of saving the Wi-Fi network/password? If so, is there a way you can ask it to 'forget' the network and set it up from scratch? Worth a shot if so.

Hi, it doesn't remember the password, that's why it such a pain to keep putting it in...I've tried moving the hub around to see if that makes a difference, but it doesn't seem to.
