Is that the white EE Smart Router? If so, you can set DNS on the Advanced Settings > My Network > IPv4 Config page by setting AUTO to NO.

Hello - Thanx for the swift response - the router is grey / charcoal - I've just found the model # cunningly hidden on the base - Smart Hub SH31B. Checking the IPv4 page the option refered to does not exist. Any further thoughts or ideas?

You can't change the DNS settings on an EE Smart Hub Plus model SH31B.

Many peeps on here, incl. myself, have reported it here. Let's hope the EE Support Team here take notice.

BTW: Firmware Version r0.44.5-R-507364 is way out-of-date. It should now be at least r1.34.1-R-1055417. It should update itself when you connect it , during which it'll probably lose a lot of other functionality 😞 .

Thanx for that tip - I lifted the firmware version off the product label - just checked the firmware version from the Hub Status ... r1.34.1-R-1055417-PROD-83002r 1 . 3 4 . 1 - R - 1 0 5 5 4 1 7 - P R O - so I think I am good.
Thanx again for your help I think I would have spent a lot of time banging my head against a brick wall - without your assistance pointing me in the right direction
