Is there any problem with internet connection in the DY** *** area? I have no connection. Thank you.

Are you having trouble with mobile internet or home broadband?

If it is mobile internet, the link that @Schockwave posted above will be a good place to start.

If it is home broadband, which router are you using, and which broadband package do you have?
