Incorrect addresses given for offer

I have been trying to sign up to ee via uswitch. It was the 1.6gb broadband for 32.99. When redirected to ee and prompted to select an address the address options are for a different postcode. The site says if that is the case phone a support number. EE then say that they can’t match the offer and want 42.99 over the 24 month contract. How can I get ee to change their coding to reflect the correct addresses or point out to Royal Mail the error?

Unfortunately, EE have fooled me again.
I was told that I would not hear anything for 24 hours which I accepted. However, after 3 days with no contact I was starting to think that something had gone wrong.
I couldn’t find anything on my account. I went to the ee shop and they could only find the cancelled order. Customer services could only find the cancelled order. They did locate the phone call from Paul at 16:36 on the Monday. I asked to speak to Paul who was meant to ring me back. He did not. I phoned the next day, explaining everything again and another message was left for Paul in the morning. Again he was in the office and didn’t call me with an update.
I have found an offer (still current on uswitch) which offers up to £300 credit for termination fees, £180 voucher and only £33.99 for 1.6gb broadband.
It is ideal for me with TalkTalk having financial troubles.
I am now trying to get Royal Mail to correct my address on the PAF file that is incorrect.
Maybe they will manage this but it is unlikely to get sorted before the offer closes 😒
