Got an email informing me that I deactivated my Web Protect service, which I did not. Phoned help and they told me I can reactivate it via the EE app and that it was called something advanced protection or similar, but I cannot see how I can do this in the App. There is no section called protect or anything like it?
Anyone know what I have to do and how to do it?
