Has EE BB been activated yet or has it just been ordered? You may cancel any time up to 14 days beyond installation & revert to what you had.

It has not been installed and I don’t want to have it installed. As I wrote there I couldn’t contact anyone on the phone there is no chat and there was no email address, please cancel it for me thank you
