You should be able to access the Hub Manager and manually block sites.

Ah right. How do I access that? When I entered the IP address I just got a lot of information with nothing I could see that seemed relevant

- Open a web browser
- Type 192.168.1.254 into the address bar (where you normally type the internet address; there's no need for www or http, just type the number directly into the address bar).
- Press 'Enter'.
But you have to be connected to the Hub itself.

@Be-45 I think you have been sent on a bit of a wild goose chase. The parental controls that was linked in an earlier post is only available for customers on the New EE network and with the Smart Hub plus.
Also you cannot block sites on the Smart Hub.
How long have you had your EE Broadband service?

If we're talking about the SH+, it has no Access Control facilities within its GUI, only via the EE app.
