how do you make my smart hub 5g and 2.4g ready

@MALLAW It's already 2.4Ghz/5Ghz ready as a single ssid dual band wifi 7 hub. See the link below about it all.

Hi 

how do l get assess to 2.4 and 5 g on my smart hub SH35A

i have important equipment that needs to be connected to 2.4 and is preventing it from working please advise urgently

@MALLAW You can either use the app to access the EE Hub or do the web manager interface on http://192.168.1.254 as per the link also above earlier in the posting.

Your devices select what connection to take, and you cannot split the bands to have individual frequency selection. Main/Compatible will give you an extra choice.

I need to connect to 2.4ghz for specific software.

@MALLAW Did you have a working system before, and if so were you using a BT or EE hub?

My solar system was fully functional with no connection issues.
It the system is 2.4 & 5ghz what is preventing connection. 
Please advise

@MALLAW Then you may have to setup the 2.4Ghz compatible network and be sure it's on WPA2-Personal mode, after that the signal has to reach either the hub or the smart wireless extender if you are using any. If you have an previous working EE/BT Hub, just put it back on the connection.
