I can not find the broadband details for the above address. I am paying £42per month and called you yesterday. It was to renew and review my account.

Have you looked at your EE a/c > Manage BB > Upgrade my BB?

I went into that section. It says my account is being set up. But i have been paying it for 5 years next dd due to go out on 23 April. Then it tells me no bill is due until October 2026. I can't find any broadband billing history for the account I can not find and an account number. It is not liked to my mobile account which is ok.

I should phone CS & enquire into the state of your BB a/c & why it says it's still being set up after all this time.
