Are all the TNT Sports Channels broadcast via satellite as well as being available from the  Internet?

My contract ended over month ago and it says I can't upgrade right now

EER a bad company  They disconnected your services without letting you know I’m not very happy with EE at the minute reconnect my services now or I will be leaving you 

EE Tech Support (150) asked me to enter my Card Details and CVC over the phone

Why did they do so? Is it safe and secure? They said it was for a credit check when I was changing my mobile plan. We are told to never share our CVC (3 digits in the back of our card) with anyone over the phone. 

Need to change email address and can’t access emails for forgotten password

A family member has changed her email address and can’t access the old address. To be able to change the email for the EE account she needs to change her forgotten password. Any ideas how to do this if she can’t access her emails? Thanks in advance.

Anyone can explain why ee charges for itemised billing? And how to remove it?
