@Timbexl : Do you mean the EE Smart Hub for BB? If so, login to it at http://192.168.1.254 with the admin password on the slider on the back of the router.

Here are the steps to access your hub manager on your mobile:

1 |
Make sure your EE Smart Hub is connected to your computer |
2 |
Open a web browser on your mobile phone |
3 |
To access the Home screen, enter 192.168.1.254 or http://eehub into the address bar |
4 |
Tap Enter |

I'm having trouble with this. When I put in that web address for the smart hub manager into the browser on my desktop PC nothing is happening. It either times out or says it can't connect to it..Any idea why I can't access it?

Open the command line interface with Win-R (Windows key and "R" key) and "cmd". Run the "ipconfig" command and check the Default Gateway which should be your router. Type that IP address into a browser.
Your mileage may vary.
