How can I view or download my broadband bill online?

Hi, new here 😊

Having just been moved to EE I'm getting frustrated trying to navigate the EE website. I don't want to install the EE app on my phone and want to do things online from a PC. In several places in the help information it states my bill can be accessed via the website but I'm darned if I can see any way to do so.

Any pointers would be gatefully received.

I thought that was probably the case and I note it's also free on my EE landlline.

@Buggwrit You can also try the text to EE, that may work and it's GUIDE to 66033, if it sends from your mobile just sit back and let the return call happen? EE Landline just dial 150.

Thanks @JimM11  I'll give the CS number another try later and try this if I have no success.

Okay, I thought I'd report back on this in the hope that it is some help to others.

I tried again this afternoon and got through to a "guide" straight away. I had a little trouble decoding his broad Geordie accent 😄 but once I'd tuned in and explained my problem he said this has been a widespread one which is not yet sorted. However he has arranged for me to receive my bills via snail mail until the problems are resolved after which they will revert to online.

Thanks to everyone who has offered advice and help.

@Buggwrit At least that is somewhat not to be an unexpected answer, "Ye gannin doon Tesco?” “Why aye, man!”", better chance getting what you need there than access to your bill.
