How can I view or download my broadband bill online?

Hi, new here 😊

Having just been moved to EE I'm getting frustrated trying to navigate the EE website. I don't want to install the EE app on my phone and want to do things online from a PC. In several places in the help information it states my bill can be accessed via the website but I'm darned if I can see any way to do so.

Any pointers would be gatefully received.

Login to your online EE a/c for BB: Home > View your bill > Your broadband bill > Choose bill issue date

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Thanks for responding to quickly @XRaySpeX . Herein lies the problem: I can't find BB:Home. I received an email saying my first bill is ready to view with a link https://ee.co.uk/go/login

In the page that takes me to if I click on Broadband all I get is a list of deals. There's no 'Home' to be found anywhere and no links to view bills.

You don't just click on Broadband. You fill in the login form presented on that page. Have you linked your BB contract to your EE a/c?

I am logged in to my EE account. Sorry, I don't know anything about linking my contract to my EE account. Where can I find that information?

At bottom at logged-in home page you'll find Link a device > Choose BB >   Link EE Broadband . You'll need to supply your BB a/c no. which is 'GB' followed by 8 digits.

Thanks again. I used your link to get to that page, logging in to my account when asked. I then opened the email that notified me of my first bill, which has the account number on it, then copied and pasted that into the box. The result was as shown. What do you make of that?

Incidentally I should have mentioned I didn't take out a new contract with EE. I've been moved over by my previous ISP, Plusnet, because I wanted to keep my home phone. I don't recall seeing an email titled 'Thanks for choosing EE' so this may be the reason.

I did have an email notifying me of the date of the move. This had a different account number of 10 numbers without a preceding GB. I tried this with the same result.

I seem to be bashing my head against a brick wall with all this. I'll be starting another topic shortly because one of my devices stubbornly refuses to connect to the new hub.

@Buggwrit Numbers only, is normally an EE Mobile account? GBxxxxxxxx make sure if you have no spaces, as a bill etc would show as GB (space)xxxx(space)xxxx and that is all wrong for trying to tie the BB to the account. Call EE CS if you cannot get it and when you pass all the securities they may be able to tell you or compare what you have.

@JimM11  I wouldn't know about that. I don't have an EE mobile account 😊

The number was shown with no spaces on the email and I simply copied and pasted it

Looks like a conversation with CS then ☹️.

@Buggwrit Ask CS to sort it all out for you as well when you finally get through to them.
