I pay for a landline and broadband. My phone not worked from being digital

My landline  DOES NOT WORK I've not received a call on it since we went digital!   It rings out but, when you try to answer, it plays a stupid little song and goes off.  The line is OK and the phones are OK (so the engineer says) but the damn thing doesn't work.   It rang today with a  STD code that may have been the hospital,  I picked it up, stupid tune and went off.   When we first went digital I complained and was sent new phones.  No difference.

@Cheshiresusie Do the text PHONE to 66033, that should have EE check it all out and give you a call back, if no answer from them then GUIDE to 66033 to do so.....

Personally I don't like phoning about this as I'd rather have it in blackl and white no proof in a phone callSent from my Galaxy

@Cheshiresusie They are not phone calls, all off them are text messages, to the 66033 number, PHONE is one and the other is GUIDE.... Recorded in you mobile text messages as sent and received.
