I've been trying to set up my broadband account on My EE but am having trouble as it says enter the landline OR account number. I don't have the account number and it says that the landline is linked to 2 different accounts and I need to enter the account number. I only have the last 5 digits of the account number which is on the letters i have been sent, and can't view any bills to get it until it's registered on my EE.
Can anyone help please?

You'll need to call CS for your a/c no. if you can't find it in your Welcome email.
