Never worked

My broadband has never worked correctly on my computer, phones and tablet work ok , the site really sucks as it says on my phone  it's time to upgrade, so click on this to be shown deals, a screen comes up saying there's a problem to ring a number, you ring the number and nobody's there, nothing ever works, I tried sorting it previously but felt like banging my head on a wall , I can't even look at deals or know if I'm in or out of contract as I get automatically logged in to my account to be told nothing works, they are excellent at getting messages to pay them but the service sucks
