Broadband down

Hi,

Broadband has been down in our area since yesterday morning but no updates on the website and all I can do is speak to the bot that gives me an estimated fix time of 18/11@12:00. Tried to get update and it just steers me back to the text bot. What is the problem? Thanks

@Jami6 That you will not be able to find out, there is a problem with an estimated fix time that is given to you, if earlier great if longer then not so good!
