Hi Alma - did you get your refund? I'm having exactly the same experience, I've emailed, phoned and still nothing. I paid the termination fee on 7th April and still out of pocket. You can never speak to the switch team, and all emails take weeks to get a response. If anyone is reading this and considering switching - don't! Wait until the end of your contract.

@Alli8 7th April this year? did you comply with everything that was asked on the credit refund help?

Hi - yes, all of it, and I received a confirmation email from the switch team that all was good in April and I should receive my refund. Called at the end of April, was told it would happen by 5th May. Called twice since then, both times have been promised it would happen but didn't.
I've just phoned again and one of the team has finally said they have credited my account - they needed a manager's approval. Why didn't this happen before now? It has taken numerous calls to get to this stage, so I will let you know if my funds reach my bank account within 5 working days

@Alli8 Keep an eye on your billing, sometimes the we will credit your account means that, and not refunded as a whole payment back to your bank account. EE CS people only approve max £30, after that it's all down to a manager to do, had the same with account's and forever eventually just said stick it and keep it... Getting money back from EE is like pulling teeth painful....
