I have terminated my broadband with TalkTalk - and requesting a bill to state the termination fees. I have paid the fees but the bill I have does not state termination. EE will not accept my bill from Talk Talk to refund me the fees. What do I need to do..because obviously EE can see I have my broadband with them now and were in communication with Talk talk. Is this all a scam?

@Shanaz157 Does seem like EE are very inflexible with the switching credit in that they are requesting billing from other ISP's to be explicit to there actual demands, if they will not accept as is, then all you can do is raise a complaint no resolution to it all 8 weeks later get ready to leave penalty free! Fill in the web form and get the ball rolling!

A friend used the switching service to move from Talk Talk to EE and is now paying both companies

@edbostan Then your friend needs to call EE CS first find out what/why and when the whole switch over took place, if TT payments are in the pipeline they will be taken and be refunded, but if TT know nothing they will take forever as they think the BB is there's!

Whilst it is correct that EE ask for the breakdown to be shown on the bill (So they don't end up paying normal line rental before you switched) your old service provider - in this case TalkTalk are (As far as I am aware) obligated to give you a full breakdown of your final bill, or any bill for that matter.
