Hi, I have decided to switch to a different broadband provider and I have received a notification to say that my sim only contract will cease and I will lose my mobile number. Can I do anything to stop this?

@Phillipa48 Get your pac number from EE if that is who your mobile is with and move the phone to another provider, that will keep your number. Is your sim contract tied to your broadband ie ONE to have a lower monthly payment deal.
Is the sim only deal for the Mobile Broadband that is in a Mobile router if so then lose it if not needed.

Are you saying your SIM only is in a mobile router & you want to move your mobile BB to another provider. If so, you should port your mobile no. to them & when the port is completed put their SIM, with your existing no., in your mobile router.
