Hi @Alma56
Can you give us a little more detail surrounding what's been happening?
Is it the Home Broadband Switching Credit information you're looking for?
Speak soon,

Hi Linzi , I have sent numerous emails containing the relevant information, all have been ignored, not even an automated response of receipt,I have visited the EE shop in my local town twice and they verified that I am doing everything correctly ,they even advised me to get a paper bill from my previous provider and send photos of that . Still nothing .To be fair the shop staff were great. To be honest I have given up and just written the money off ,it's not a great amount but EE are still advertising this on TV and it's not good for my blood pressure .Any advice would be appreciated Thanks

I understand how frustrating this all must be @Alma56, and I know you'll be eager to get this resolved.
If our store has checked that you are following all the correct steps, and the email is going to switch-team@ee.co.uk, I'm honestly not too sure why you'd not be getting a response, as you should get a reply letting you know if this was successful.
I think the best thing to do at this stage would be to Fill out our complaints form, and the team will aim to get back to you within 7 days.
Please would you try this and let us know how you get on?

As an aside the EE switching credit page you refer to has some conflicting information for timescales , specifically these statements
You must email your bill to switch-team@ee.co.uk within a period of 4 months of your EE broadband being activated to be eligible to receive your account credit.
Customers who cancel their EE Broadband within 14 days of their service starting, or who do not provide their final bill within two months of their service being activated, will not be eligible for this offer.

@zulu17 I know that’s been pointed out before.
