wifi disc flashing purple

have been on ee broadband since January 2025 (transferring from BT)out the blue 6 months later the smart wifi plus (extender) doesnt work, i keep ending up with a flashing purple!i) used the app and ive hit the wps button and tried pairing it, no joy...

Speed drops from 550Mbps to 40Mbps

Did you ever get the problem sorted im experiencing it now ive recently switched to ee about 10 weeks ago and all people say to me is my phone sounds robotic or disconnects I also have to use WiFi calling 

Cant send messages to short code numbers

I am unable to send messages to any shortcode numbers including 150. I can not see any reason why in my settings. Any idea on what could be causing it? 

Order

Ordered a phone on the 25/6/2025 took upfront cost from my bank but haven't had any confirmation or emails too when I'm getting the order 

upgrade at two months before contract ends - no phones available

My contract end in two months, and the EE website is showing that I can upgrade for free but  when I go into it the system says there are no contracts available?   Please help.

Refund

Hi I left my broadband contract and was told I would receive a refund on my final bill within 10 days  this was over 2 weeks ago and I have not received anything ? Can you help
