After switching my BT hub for EE, all laptop, tablet and phone sucessfuly connected but HIVE control not connected. And yes, it is plugged to the hub. Can anyone help. We are without heating.

@figaro Have you tried resetting the hive hub as it was on the previous router before the change and may have retained some setting's that will stop it from working on the new router?

Try on the Advanced > Wireless Settings page to temporarily disable the 5 GHz WiFi band & move off the Smart channel while connecting problematic 2.4 GHz devices.

@figaro Which Hive Hub do you have and what lights are on?
The following Help page from Hive should guide you through all the options, but do note it can take 15mins or so to reconnect after a reset.
