Just got EE ultrafast broadband (was with BT but now merged /taken over ) set up app already got a bill (the very next day from having fitted) won’t let me do anything on app unless I put in account number which I can’t get through email I work abroad a lot so I don’t think I’ve got a paper bill I’ve never liked EE and this is confirming it already going round and round in circles

@Ellis75 The following advice was given by EE CS forum support to another customer.
if you speak with the broadband billing team they'll be happy to help.
0330 123 1105 Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm, Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm
