I'm following the EE user guides and not finding the option to activate quest wifi. So, are the guides wrong?

@AnnieMitch And what guide are you using?

Guest WiFi | Keep Your WiFi Under Control | Broadband Help | EE

Just went as far as option 7 to confirm was OK up to then!

Hi

Smart router SH20A. Can't see any other names on it.

In guidance it tells me to go to app, click manage > broadband > guest wifi.

In manage > broadband I have option to set up wifi controls only.

Can't see anything about guest wifi in router settings.

Hi

In guidance it tells me to go to app, click manage > broadband > guest wifi.

In manage > broadband I have option to set up wifi controls only. No guest Wifi option. And this WiFi controls setup is to connect phone with router. Already done

@AnnieMitch Guest wi-fi below schedules if you have it, scroll down to see! Is it a feature of the earlier SH20A router? will take a quick look see if so.

Not an available option if you have the SH20A model. Link below gives details of what the models can/cannot do, but not to say that is written on stone. Have not used that one so cannot say 100% for sure. Multiple SSID is the part!

You have the early Smart Hub (2023) (SH20A). It does not support Guest networks.
