Hi I have a pretty annoying situation I basically share an email with this idiot who despite the fact I've had the email for over a decade at this point still can't wrap her head around the fact hers ends in .uk. so I've been getting her company's broadband bill for I don't no how long cause I just basically delete anything that comes through at this point I haven't had an ee account in like 8years and never have had broadband so I'm assuming its hers again. The problem is I can't phone customer service I have an extreme phobia of phone calls and from what im gathering live chats for mobile users only? Any ways its after midnight and I've had yet another bill for her and its driving me nuts any way to get the emails to stop? I don't even know if its a business account that my email somehow got linked to or what but I'm sick to death of cleaning up her messes and want a quick solution lol.

@Midnight5 : Are you just getting emails telling you her BB bill is ready? As long as you are not paying for it, what's the problem?
Can't you filter out or mark as spam emails coming to your email addy from EE?
You try telling EE that the BB a/c linked to your email a/c hasn't anything to do with you & isn't located at your postal addy.
