EE sales team came around our block of flats to let us know there will be fibre optic connection to our building soon as now theres is only normal broadband available. Could you be able to let us know when the fibre optic connection to our building will happen?

I thought someone from EE customer service might be able to check and contact me back as i dont know how to reach out to them directly through phone/email. According to what the openreach officer has informed me, all the surveys are done and the housing association has signed off the wayleave form. Now as you said its a waiting game. Hopefully the installation will happen quick. Im kind of done with slowest internet speed in the entire country.

Hopefully not too long for you to wait.

But not something CS could do, nor do they have email contact.

Guess it is down to the Openreach planners now. then the build team.

The link I used was BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker > Address Checker. Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your addy.

@Lynnninan  I am sure you already know what the table says, but do weekly checks, and you will see when WBC FTTP is available.

@Mustrum : The confusion arose when you said "the BTW DSL checker already linked" when it hadn't.
