The home app doesn’t work

 The Access control ‘says download the  app to manage access controls’

i downloaded the app - stupid thing keeps saying I’m not connected to the WiFi no matter what I do even though I’m connected 

doesn’t recognise the QR code

i just want to access controls why does it not work on web? 
how can I get the app fit for purpose ?

Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router do you have (read its label)? What colour is it?

What broadband plan are you on and what router do you have? The EE Home App is not used for any New EE Broadband contracts (contracts that have started within the last 12 months). It was used for those on the Legacy EE Broadband product that is no longer being offered.

What you need is the EE App which is the same one as you would use for your billing.
