Faulty power adaptor

So I've now waited 4 days with no Internet no TV and no home phone. All because of a so called faulty power adapter. I do hope the EE tech is correct and it dosent turn out to be a faulty router. I will need some sort of compensation to keep me staying with EE. I've been with EE since before they took over 'orange' I'm  a loyal customer I think I can safely say. So I will need to be treated as such. And now it seems you can't actually phone a human directly you have to wait for them to phone you. It seems Things are going  backwards.

Had the same problem, 3 routers later and we are leaving EE now. No viable solution. Going back to BT.
