Faulty power adaptor

So I've now waited 4 days with no Internet no TV and no home phone. All because of a so called faulty power adapter. I do hope the EE tech is correct and it dosent turn out to be a faulty router. I will need some sort of compensation to keep me staying with EE. I've been with EE since before they took over 'orange' I'm  a loyal customer I think I can safely say. So I will need to be treated as such. And now it seems you can't actually phone a human directly you have to wait for them to phone you. It seems Things are going  backwards.

Well my new equipment arrived only after an openreach engineer came to my home to check my wires and sockets he asked why our system wasn't up and running so we said we're waiting for a are power adapter. So on behalf of us he phoned EE. And asked why our adapter wasnt delivered. Apparently EE forgot to send the adapter. The openreach engineer told them to send a complete kit with a router which eventually came 3 days later. In all I was internetless TVless and landlineless for about a week. All up and running now woohoo

@kwakers And if he did not call for you then you would have been waiting patiently no doubt! LH/RH not working!
