Just got an letter today from EE and rang them up and been told re-contract at 67 🙂 lol at first I was told the full fibre broadband isnt available in my area hihi but somehowe Ive been using it for 2 years. It was nice been a customer of BT since they merged with EE..
Anyway I told them about offer they send me at 37.99. No knows about offer and 67.99
Why are they sending letter with FAKE OFFER?
Just got it cancelled. I am tired of EE , 2 years I couldnt use my EE to view a single broadband bill as account number and billing number dont match but it match in their systems 😄
EE dont like money 🙂 thats for sure

Don't worry, the images were awaiting approval. I have now done so for most of them & they should appear soon.
Where do any of them show a letter from EE? All I see is plan/price panels.

Is there any issue placing the order online? I think you were lied too on the phone but it looks a legitimate offer so is there a way of placing online?

I rang EE number provided on EE letter that contains offer and Ive got BT acc and EE acc and lady on they phone from EE support line have asked me about which acc I want to speak about bt or ee with access to both acc numbers.
So its still the same for me. I just phoned bt number to confirm and again i was asked just seconds ago bt or ee account.
Ive done this to check for you.

EE letter from EE looks legit. However either they lie in letters or on the phone.
Anyway dumb are;
1. Out of contract price 57
2. New contract same package 67.
Currently paying 51.99 on the contract that ends on 3 june.
Either way is missleading way of marketing by sending letters with direct offer addressed to you and current.package and with option to.upgrade package but you must ring them to find out that package dosent exist

Does the letter give a website address to try?

@marcinK2 Looks like they may be trying to upsell you on the Wifi 7 Pro addon package at £10 PCM.
