Just got an letter today from EE and rang them up and been told re-contract at 67 🙂 lol at first I was told the full fibre broadband isnt available in my area hihi but somehowe Ive been using it for 2 years. It was nice been a customer of BT since they merged with EE..
Anyway I told them about offer they send me at 37.99. No knows about offer and 67.99
Why are they sending letter with FAKE OFFER?
Just got it cancelled. I am tired of EE , 2 years I couldnt use my EE to view a single broadband bill as account number and billing number dont match but it match in their systems 😄
EE dont like money 🙂 thats for sure

@marcinK2 Your posted pictures have to be approved for general viewing and if there is any personal details on them that is not obscured then they will not get through.... BT did not Merge with EE at all, there is a BT ISP and an EE ISP, both are separate and individual companies within the BT Group, with EE doing all the Residential and BT taking care of the Business side off the Broadband, may be somewhat off a change but sure does not seem like it currently.

There is nothing on them apart
from new deal details showing cleary price 37.99 and current price 51.99 and out of contract price 56.99
Cant imaging how come they calculate 67 🙂 for new contract.

They merged all their customer service. EE is part of the same group as BT.

@marcinK2 Then move back to BT as your contract is over with EE.

Same Group, diff ISPs!
