I am an EE broadband customer and when I try to log in to WiFi hotspots whilst out it just doesn't happen and reverts back to the login page.

User name and password are both correct but it never wants to actually work ?????

Why do I get this when I try to run a speed test from the Hub Manager?

If I follow the login I am logged into my Account?

Hi Jim

It doesn't explain the screen I get (As above) when I attempt to do a speed test from the Hub Manager (192.168.1.244)

@Ewan15 Your screen picture is not available for viewing yet, you really would be better to use your own posting, the reply was to your "I migrated from BT, I have my Broadband account no GBxxxxxxxx.

Where do I get my EE id from?" within the context of the OP heading!

@Ewan15 Your pic is now available, and the oops on the web manager, has been there for ages, someone got the link wrong in the FW of the router. Probably on a fix list somewhere.👍
