Hi,
I've had BT Wifi for years, and I used to be able to connect to BT WiFi hotspots with no issue. However, since it's become EE WiFi, whenever I try and log in to the hotspot with my BT Broadband account it says "Please check you are registered to access Wifi". What's going on with this and can it be fixed?

@JJ902 Are you still a BT Customer? If so then contact BT Customer Support and have them take a look at your account profile!
